HanzaDent Self-Service platform
We developed the HanzaDent patient portal, a self-service platform that enables patients to securely authenticate using Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, or an ID card. Through the portal, patients can independently book dental appointments. All bookings are automatically synchronized with the Dentas treatment planning system, ensuring up-to-date and consistent information across both systems. The solution includes an automated notification system that sends patients appointment-related notifications, including booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and appointment reminders. In addition, users can manage their appointments through their personal account and make necessary changes independently. As a custom feature, we implemented specialized booking logic for children's appointments, taking into account parent-child relationships and enabling parents to book and manage appointments on behalf of their children.
